First I ...That game was the first CD I ever bought. First I beat it in 2 days. Later got it to under 2 hours. I think it's a perfect candidate for speedrunning. With the lens there are 2 consoles from which it can be triggered. One is far away from exit, another one is close. Difficulty of the timing section depends on which spot is used to activate the timer. On the flying ship mission the craft has to be rotated. I also realized that it was unnaturally hard and the alignment of beams implied the screen had to be rotated. So I hit a few keys and and found them. Then there is a second level that's about twice the size of the first level and a big boss battle in the end. I loved that game. Replayed it many times over. Music get better later on. There is enough variety, and there were some good visuals.

I think the game was commissioned for the CDI, but the console got killed off before the game was finished, so they released it for DOS instead.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7069718226803277447.post-563888102889873912018-10-21T12:12:50.329-07:002018-10-21T12:12:50.329-07:00Thanks a bunch! I took a break from posting due to real life job stuff, but I want to hopefully get back to posting again semi-regularly, and your comment helped motivate me to do that. So thanks again!RPDGnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7069718226803277447.post-64049867595065698892018-08-21T08:49:10.392-07:002018-08-21T08:49:10.392-07:00I happened to stumble across this blog as I random...I happened to stumble across this blog as I randomly remembered this game and felt the urge to google it. Ended up reading through a whole bunch of other entries too. I just wanted to take a second to send some appreciation your way for the work you put into the entries and the blog as a whole. From the comprehensive specs/history, playthrough with screenshots & gifs, and the overall review of the game, your documentation of these obscure and near forgotten games is second to none.

Anyways, whether or not you continue with this blog or you've moved onto something else, your work here is appreciated.

Thanks man.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
